Audio Books




Instead of music I listen to audio books while working out. There's lots of places to get them free like a library or For me, it's motivation to workout because I'll want to know what happens next in the story. It's killing two birds with one stone; reading and exercising.

  • I've often wondered about this. It might work on the 'dreadmill' (!) for me, or equipment like that or a brisk walk, jog or run outside, but wouldn't be so good when doing all the other fitness exercises. Think I'll try it. Thank you. - by CHEBBA
