I do my stretching/pilates exercises before I get out of bed.... while my body is still warm and the snooze button doesn't go off for another 5 mins... I added this to my daily devotional time..Pray. Stretch. Eat

    I do the same thing... Mainly stretches for my legs in bed while I'm waking up, then crunches as soon as I get out of bed, walk/run, stretch again then the devotional/shower/breakfast time...

    I thought strethces first thing were counter productive. Your body has been dormant for hours. You're not 'warm' in the sense of your muscles being ready for it, in my opinion.
