The Mirror Is Not Your Enemy

Being negative starts to become a habit. We pick at ourselves so much that we forget how far we have come and our good traits. I like to write on my mirror with a white board marker to remind me of the good things, although lip liner works too. :) Don't worry; it comes off easy.

MORE INFORMATION:
Examples: "Stop resisting positive change." "I have pretty eyes." "The double chin is going down." "You look better when you are happy." And a size list that I cross off as I go down so I can see where I started, reminding me that I am smaller, even if I don't see it all the time.

That's a really good idea! I've been meaning to get a full length mirror, I'll just have to grab a white board marker while I'm at it!

So true! Attitude goes a long way towards keeping a body motivated. It's healthy to have a good, positive attitude & to speak positively to yourself, as well as to keep good things about yourself in mind. It's important to know what needs to be fixed & how to do so, but there are definitely positive ways to do that. :D
