Being negative starts to become a habit. We pick at ourselves so much that we forget how far we have come and our good traits. I like to write on my mirror with a white board marker to remind me of the good things, although lip liner works too. :) Don't worry; it comes off easy.
Examples: "Stop resisting positive change." "I have pretty eyes." "The double chin is going down." "You look better when you are happy." And a size list that I cross off as I go down so I can see where I started, reminding me that I am smaller, even if I don't see it all the time.
