If you find yourself at a plateau like I did for several months... and I will say I was working out really hard... I figured out that if I mix up my workouts I started losing... I did Turbo Jam one day, Biggest Loser the next, Walk a Home the next, Tae Bo the next....this way you surprise your body.

I always take Sunday as a rest day. Get plenty of sleep. Eat right. Mostly stay hydrated... I feel better than I ever have in my whole life....

    I totally agree. I also found I was so focussed on losing, I was consistently under my calorie requirements. When I upped the calories and changed up my workouts the weight started falling off again! emoticon
