I'm pretty sure you've all heard this before. But this really works. If you ever feel like your hungry, ask yourself, "Am I hungry or thristy?" Chances are your thirsty. Always drink at least a glass of ice cold water before eating as well. This helps you eat less and avoid binge eating. Never replace Sodas or Sugary Drinks with Water. That only pulls your dehydration down even lower. Drink Waer instead. Your body will Thank You!
