No Salt Cooking

I do not add salt to anything cooking. Instead I use garlic and onions and other spices to eliminate the need for salt. Fresh garlic and onions are especially good. I start out by adding a little low sodium Worcestershire sauce and brown the onions and garlic and then add the meat to cook too.

    Be careful, even the low salt Worcestershire sauce has quite a bit of sodium!!

    good idea . use other flavors to season food instead of salt .
