I downloaded the sparkpeople nutrition tracker and healthy recipes app on my blackberry. This way I can consistently and easily update what I've eaten.

More Information:

Recording my food intake helps me stay on track and more conscious of what I'm eating. When I take in too many calories early in the day, I use the recipe app to find a lower-calorie dinner than what I was originally planning emoticon
