When I hit a plateau in my weight loss journey,I remember seeking advice from a Sparker and she said to add more Cardio which DID work {going from 1-2x/wk. running to 3-4x/wk. running}. But I also realized just like I zigzaged with my food plan {not always Intentionally---and is listed as ANOTHER

SECRET!---I needed to CHANGE UP my workout routine! My body had gotten USED TO the workout and it wasn't challenging enough! It helped get me OVER the plateau and on toward my weight loss and eventually goal weight!
