I learned that I can't always take the stairs ALL the way up after I stayed on the 27th floor of a hotel. As a result, I concocted a plan to either take the stairs until exhausted and then use the elevator, or alternate between stairs and elevator. This method is also good if you're just starting.

  • I am worried about stair climbing on vacation in November, so I found a steep set and am now doing one floor twice. Next week, I hope to make it three times. I like the steepness because we will be in old buildings with the more narrow, steep stairs. Flutter - by FLUTTER34
