Keep a clear glass jar somewhere you see it all the time and put in it a penny for every 1lb of weight you lose. Seeing number of pennies in the jar growing is excellent motivation, just be sure to take them out if you gain - not wanting to remove any pennies is a great way to keep yourself on track!
i keep 9 pennies on my window sill . when i drink a glass of water i move the penny for that glass from one side of the window to the other . when all the penny go from one side to the other i know i have drunken at least nine glasses of water for the day . 91243306345
