I work many overnight shifts alone. Often I crave something savory (chips, etc). Sometimes, instead of giving in, I will mix up some salt, ground pepper, garlic salt - whatever - and just have a few small tastes of that. It satisfies my craving without the calories.

Never thought about that ! Great idea! Also lays has a light chip that the big bag is 7 servings at 75 calories a serving this helps me alot! I took those half lb deli containers and devided them into 14 servings if i want 2 for lunch its only 75 calories but usually i eat one for lunch and one for night snack!
