When you bring in your fresh veggies take a few minutes to prep them right then and there! If you have a lovely tupperware full of cut up carrots, celery, cucumbers, etc. you will be more likely to reach for them and dip them in the hummus rather than the chips!! Smiley FACE!

I always grab an apple and a big lidded glass filled with Crysal Light as I go out the door. It helps me not to stop at a fast food place because the apple keeps me satisfied till my next meal. The drink quenches my thirst instead of getting a soda. 43
