Sometimes I crave something cold…usually in the form of ice cream in a bowl. Popsicles are okay once in awhile….but now I buy a big bag of mixed frozen fruit…I put a portion in my bowl still frozen. Tastes delicious, fills me up especially if I add yogurt and it's all on my food plan….takes longer to eat too…melt in your mouth goodness! 334244381
When you find yourself craving that one thing and you can't find a substitution that fills it.... indulge! I'm not saying do it every day but every once in a while if you can make it fit in your calories then do it. Better a small controlled amount now then risking a binge later
