It seems the more I drink water the less I want to eat food. Whenever I feel hungry I down two or three glasses of water. Granted, it only keeps me satiated for 40 minutes or so but that means just drink more water. I also COMPLETELY STOPPED drinking diet soda. I only had two a day but I found that I craved sugars more whenever my main beverage was a sweet one.
I love apples but I started getting bored with them. I eat at least two a day. I started getting the single pack caramel apple dips. The single pack is enough for at least two apples. They are so yummy and they have them in fat free.
To ensure that I'm constitent with exercise, I have a 5 on - 2 off rule. I exercise for at least 45 min to 1 hour 5 days a week, with two rest days per week to recover. It also helps prevent exercise burn-out.
