When I put any food in my mouth I imagine how it affects my body. If I get a negative image in my mind I won't eat it. For example, I get the best images from eating kale and spinach, as I imagine them clearing "gunk" out of my body as they pass through. I imagine ice cream (my weakness) making my blood sweeter and elevating my glucose levels, so that helps me avoid it. It works for me!!!! 334
Every night before I sleep I imagine, who I will look after losing weight and I imagine that i am wearing a beautiful dress and looking great in it . Also I imagine that I will be able to run and play with my daughter in the park with all the activity and vitality.
