Often we are told to take it one day at a time. Sometimes this is too much, in these times we should slow down the process and take it one hour, minute, second at a time. We can do most things for a second and and a few seconds more. The small successes do add up!

What I did to break my plateau is switch up my weight training routine. I was doing moderate weight, moderate reps. Because I already am very muscular and don't want to build any more muscle, I switched to low weight, high (20) reps done VERY SLOWLY! (5 counts each way) Try it.211
