Make other goals for your life and put them on SP to remind you to do the little things every day. I have goals to enter my weight, to make time for my partner, and several to get my sleep schedule working better and to get me in a routine. It's just a tiny reminder, but it really works!

Don't forget that you can set long-term goals with their own medium-term and short-term goals too! It's a very convenient way of keeping track of life goals in general.

    I really liked your idea. Writing something down and reviewing it day by day helps me focus. I forget things way to easily. emoticon

    besides which we can't ALWAYS be worried about weight and exercise, there IS more to life than just this(at the beginning i have to be more mindful, BUT it can't be ALL there is )
