I really find that housework is a great weight loss tool. For one you're moving I find that scrubbing sweeping vacuuming really get the heart rate up, plus I do tons of squats while cleaning the bottom of the toilet, dusting bottom shelves, etc.
Also all the cleaning smells really make me not want to eat (bonus!!) And best of all at the end of the day you have a clean house and a real sense of accomplishment.
