Try something new to shake up that old routine - I am trying Bootcamp for 6 weeks and going to a free Kettlebells class tonight and next week Thursday. The challenge with having other people pushing keeps me pushing myself as well to do more!

Every season I scour the community centre activity classes, and sign up for a new one with a friend. Last fall was step, then a belly fit class, now a bootcamp/cardio. It's hilarious to try a new class out, and I only take people with me who have a good sense of humour.
I decided to reward myself with adding on a new dance class at the health club every time I have a new weight loss of 5 more pounds. That helps me lose still more and makes me anticipate eagerly the beginning of the new class!
Once your body is accustomed to a particular workout, you become "too efficient." Trying a new exercise or joining a new class at the gym could be just what your body needs to break the plateau. And you could meet new friends or find a new passion at the same time :-)
