    So true! That's one of the reasons why I like taking classes. You have someone leading you through something different each time. Even when some of the same things are repeated, there are subtle changes with different instructors. Even different people being in the classes changes things up a bit.

    SparkPeople has tons of different workouts and exercises. Every few weeks, I look at the fitness section and change my routine based on what I find there. I even do some exercises that I think I won't like and often find them worth doing.
