  • So true! That's one of the reasons why I like taking classes. You have someone leading you through something different each time.   • SparkPeople has tons of different workouts and exercises. Every few weeks, I look at the fitness section and change my routine based on what I find there. I even do some exercises that I think I won't like and often find them worth doing. - by STILLFLYIN
