For many people drinking water is the most difficult part of their nutrition plan. I always mix plain water with sparkling water (app 3:1). It tastes great! I can't stop drinking it! emoticon

    I use those also, putting a slice of lemon in your water gives it a nice flavor also!

    I add those flavored packets to my water. I normally get them from the $1 store. No sugar and they taste great!
