I have a ReboundAir brand of mini trampoline. I just discovered how to walk in place on it. Alternate lifting each heel off the trampoline, without lifting the entire foot. Move your arms as you would when walking. It's quite effective!

I had been considering getting an elliptical or treadmill but this saved me money and space and is giving me a good workout. It's working my knees which I needed and wanted!

    Thanks for the tip on how to "walk " on mini tramp! My bladder protests jumping.

    I have mini trampoline too! Need to try this walking and move up to jogging.
