I use EAS 100% Whey Protein w\5 fruits each morning for breakfast. I get all my fruits done early and have lowered my cholestrol as well. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I like to have three egg whites with yellow and red bell peppers chopped up into it, two ounces of turkey, and a tablespoon of white corn salsa. On the side, I like to have a mixed cup of strawberries and blueberries. I also eat two pieces of healthy life - high fiber bread when I'm really hungry; this has great staying power and keeps me going all morning!

I make an omelet with one egg and one egg white, a little feta, tomato, red pepper and mushroom....packed with protein and veggies~It's a great way to start the day.

Good sources of protein with no or low fat:

fat-free cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
egg beaters or egg whites
chicken or turkey breast

If you want to get a quick, easy veggie fix, try low-sodium V-8 or tomato juice. But raw veggies are better for you than juice. (They have more fiber and less sodium.)
