A friend gave me a recipe for a fruit cobbler (with no eggs) that tastes so delicious, it barely seems healthy! But I get 2 servings of fruit and added fiber while eating a few carbs that taste sinfully good (the whole-wheat flour IS loaded with sugar). However, it makes cheating worthwhile!
