Work Day Time Saver

This Sparked Me!

I go to the grocery twice monthly on payday, so I buy my meat in bulk. When I get home I separate the meat into enough for each meal, add the spices, onion, sauce, or whatever the recipe calls for, place it in a freezer bag and freeze it.. Then it is ready to thaw and cook on the day I need it.

Yes I used to do this too. I just got kinda lazy. I separate all the meats into freezer zip locs but dont do the seasoning anymore. I used to de skin all the chicken and season all the meats but got tired lol. It is defintely VERY helpful
