When you or family brings home a treat that is too tempting not to eat, here is a little trick to help get you by. Either tape a motivational picture or a piece of paper with your goal weight to the package of food so that you can keep your ulitmate goal in mind. Thus curbing your intake! :)

I schedule my workouts on my blackberry with a reminder to pop up a couple hours before. It's a good reminder to make my workout a priority. 56
This really works because I like to workout at the end of my work day and some days I hit that 3pm wall and start talking myself out of my run - then that reminder pops up and I think, it's only 35 mins. get it done.
The other day, I reread my secrets and found myself saying, "oh, that's a good idea that I've forgotten." I think it's a good reminder to read them from time to time to remember some of our own past good habits.
