Great idea! I make neck coolers that you soak in cool water and then place around your neck, wear like a sweatband, etc. They have crystals inside that absorb water causing it to swell up and stay wet/cool.

This is a great tip! Maybe I should tie a wet scarf around my walking buddie's neck too!
