Beat The Heat Exercise Tip




Walk, jog, or run outside in hot weather? Even with early morning start, the heat and humidity is pretty high in the south. Take a cold, wet rag placing it between your shirt and shoulder and then use it to wipe your face or place on trigger points: wrist, temples or neck. Refreshing pick me up!

  • Great idea! I make neck coolers that you soak in cool water and then place around your neck, wear like a sweatband, etc. They have crystals inside that absorb water causing it to swell up and stay wet/cool.
