Often when eating out, I opt for either a non-fried appetizer or the side orders as my entree to save on calories. I start my meal w/a salad & often I am almost full when my entree arrives. So 2 eliminate unnecessary calories I go for the side dishes & I am full when I leave, not overfull or stuffed

If you are like me, the protein goal is the hardest nutritional element to meet. To help me meet that goal, I add 1oz or so of walnuts or almonds to my breakfast cereal in the morning. Whether it's a cold or hot cereal, the crunch and protein (not to mention omega-3s) are welcome! 481

I visualize...focusing in on a single body part which, for me is usually my belly because I want a fit flat belly so badly. I close my eyes and can see myself as the FIT version of me, I WILL be! I get excited and motivated by seeing this image in my mind; I'm ready to go out to make it happen!
