Tricking Myself Into Exercise!

I love working out at my gym, but when I'm home, I 'trick' myself into sneaking in a little extra. I do 10-15 minutes of cardio, and then I get to answer a SP mail, play a game on one of my Teams, or write a quick note to a SP friend. Helps me with housework, too!
