I'm on week 6 of C25K, but have not busted the plateau. It's a little frustrating, but I am beginning to enjoy the jogging!

I hit a plateau that lasted 6 months, and I wanted to give up! So, I gave myself a new goal: 2 months to get back in gear before my vacation in May. I started "Insanity" exercise program, got a HR monitor, and am tracking everything. It totally renewed my motivation, and I'm finally losing again!
MORE INFORMATION:
The Insanity exercise program is pretty intense cardio, and the eating plan is pretty basic: 5 small meals throughout the day.
