I hit a plateau for two weeks after my body got used to walking. I added the C25k program with the walking, and I've been losing pretty steadily ever since. And now I LOVE running! emoticon

    I have been doing the elliptical for two months and hit a plateau . Now, I added the C25K and loved it. At least it broke the routine.

    I have beel plateaued for sometime now and am reincreasing cardio and working on incorporating running as well.

    I'm on week 6 of C25K, but have not busted the plateau.
It's a little frustrating, but I am beginning to enjoy the jogging!

    I was not aware of the C25k, but just googled it and found an explanation. I think I will try it myself and see if I can get off this plateau.
