I think Variety is the key! Mix things up and get a variety of wholesome foods and a variety of exercise. this way you always get good nutrition foods and you dont get bored of exercise. Also dont be afaid to try new things...
Even if you tried it a long time ago and didnt like it, try a different way of cooking/preparing. you just might surprise yourself :)
Getting bored of the same old exercise DVD's? Don't forget your local library! Mine has a great variety of exercise DVD's that are free to try out. Want to see if you like yoga? Always wondered about pilates? Get a chance to try it out at no cost to you! Mix up your routine whenever the DVD's are due and go for something new.
Boredom is my worst enemy because I have a short attention span. therefore I have found that having a variety of exercise tools and list of exercises works for me. I just discovered the swiss ball and it is excellent. Makes me feel like a kid again.198
