Eating Whatever I Want!




I eat whatever I want...I find a recipe for it and then slash the fat and cals by using low fat or low cal stuff or just omitting the fat completely. I love to reinvent the concept of classic or traditional foods and putting my own twist on them!

  • This is a great idea, you can get very creative with food that way. I find using a lot of fresh herbs makes the food taste great without adding fat or salt. They are very easy to grow indoors too. Maybe you should write a cookbook as this would be a great help to lots of people trying to lose weight! - by PCW452002
