I eat whatever I want...I find a recipe for it and then slash the fat and cals by using low fat or low cal stuff or just omitting the fat completely. I love to reinvent the concept of classic or traditional foods and putting my own twist on them!

Yesterday I printed off 20 pictures of 'hot' bodies, yummy healthy food, people jumping and positive images. I promised myself I could eat whatever I wanted but first I have to flip through all 20 pictures. Last night I did this after dinner and had no desire for anything sweet and today has been the same. Going to print a set for beside my bed so when I wake up they are there and then take a set in my handbag for emergencies. Works for me !
I AM MAINTAING MY WEIGH RIGHT HERE WHERE I AM NOW FOR 2 YEARS NOW. BUT WHAT I WANT TO SAY IS KEEP TRACING FOOD EVERYDAY AND EXERCISE LOOK BACK AT WHAT YOU ATE TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING RIGHT OR WRONG. DONOT GET COMFORTABLE AND THINK I CAN EAT WHAT EVER I WANT BECAUSE IT IS NOT SO.
I NOW NEED TO LOSE 50 POUNDS AND I GOT TO COMFORTABLE WITH THE WEIGHT GONE AND FIGURED I COULD EAT WHATEVER I WANTED THAT WAS SO WRONG. NOW I NEED TO GET MY MIND SET AND CAN'T GET IT WHERE IT WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED SO DON'T MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE.IT IS A LIFE CHANGE!
