I always like my guests (and friends) to feel at home. I have a nice basket lined with pretty fabric on my shelf in the closet bathroom. In there I keep new items for my guests like: razors, moisturizer, panty liners, toothbrush, face cleanser, eye cream, Clinic perfume, biore' strips, etc...
I have traveld a lot so I know how great it is to have these things when you arrive. For those sleeping over, I also put out a brand new set of towls, or my prettiest set on hand.

If you have any old perfume or cologne bottles that you no longer use...think about using them for a bathroom spray. A tiny spritz in the air or on a curtain is so much more effective than those awful smelling commercial sprays. Guests would appreciate a label letting them know the bottle is free to use for odors. Not just for bathrooms...the house might need a tiny spritz here and there...smell lasts longer if you spray it on some material...don't over do it though! 148
Sort hotel size toiletries and manufacturer samples in shoe boxes stored in a bathroom closet or under the bathroom sink. Share the tiny products with overnight guests who forget an item. Pack your choice of small items when spending a weekend visiting relatives or friends.
