Secrets of Success

Zumba Motivates Me To Exercise!

My secret is finding an exercise you love and doing it! I trained in Tae Kwon Do for 2.5 years and did enjoy it but stressed out over learning the Korean terminology and patterns. I felt guilty if I didn't attend class but constantly looked for excuses not to go. I now go to Zumba twice a week!

More Information:

The class is informal, no need for equipment, no heavy dobok to iron and then sweat in, no pressure. That's the key. You just turn up and throw yourself around. Everyone smiles! The music is catchy. There are no disadvantages that I can think of. Try it - there are classes everywhere! emoticon
