On days when I can't stand the thought of exercising, I make a deal with myself that I "ONLY have to work out for 10 minutes" and then I can call it quits. Of course, once I've made it through 10 minutes, I always end up wanting to keep going, but the little bargain removes the pressure and dread.

    I do the same - 10 min per day, minimum. Actually, I always did more then 10, once I was there. But, I still keep the target as 10 min. I like it that way.

    I have started out slowly, but I get on my stationary bike and work on it for ten minutes moderately to fast biking. I watch the news or my favorite baseball and so I do two things at once. I do a second ten minutes on my bike in the afternoon, the first I do in the am.
