I NEVER feel neglected or envious of what others are eating. By eating the things I truly love, I don't feel that I'm missing anything. People eating out with me often remark that my dish like really good and wish they'd ordered it too!
I have found that I have had to write down all the unhealthy lies that I had been believing about eating and working out.I than replaced it with a healthy thought that I could meditate on. Now, every time a negative thought pops up in my head, I replace it with a rewired thought. Example: "Loving myself is not eating comfort foods.... Loving myself is eating healthy and exercising."
