I eat 100 calorie snack packs to curb my sweet tooth and keep moving forward.
I have found that eating the 100 calorie snacks and a FREE day during the week keep me moving forward. I have tried the diets that you can't eat what you want and I cheat every time this way there isn't any cheating.

Make yourself a big bowl full of healthy treats such as flavored water packets, sugar free candy, Special K snacks, Weight Watchers snacks, 100 Calorie snacks, and Full Bars. Keep whatever you put in it around the 100 calorie range. You can have 1 treat out of it 3 times a day!!
Make sure the bowl is BIG and Pretty, use it as a centerpiece on your kitchen table or counter. I use a big basket and have ribbon wrapped around it!
I get bored a lot and find myself wanting to snack. I have found that if I snack 3 times a day and each snack I have one of my favorite 100 calorie snack packs it satisfies my snack craving, my sweet's or salty craving and it keeps me in line with my calorie counting so I don't go over my daily calories.
