Use A Stability Ball Instead Of A Chair

I replaced my office chair at home with a stability ball which forces me to sit "actively" and I also find that if music is playing I will bounce along with it so it may not burn many calories but it's better than sitting static in a chair.

MORE INFORMATION:
All you need is a stability ball which is usually under $20 (cheaper than office chairs).

    It is considered a safety hazard at my job so we can't have them. :/

    i'm thinking about doing this but have a bad neck/back from too much computer work.... do you think it will help or hinder? what size do you get? :)

    I did this about two weeks ago and have found that some days even my thighs are a bit sore because they're getting a workout as I'm bouncing on the ball! Works for me!!!

    I do this also. My back is less likely to hurt and it's fun!
