Strive weightlifting machines put tension on the beginning, the end, and the middle of the rep. You change your tension every set. It's simple, effective, and fun!

MORE INFORMATION:
Try to find a strive circuit room, where you can go from machine to machine in a circular motion where everyone follows the same pattern. It keeps the workout quicker,and you know you didn't miss any part of your body!

    Me too! I feel like I didn't leave out any part of the muscle. Sometimes it's hard to get the lower or higher part of muscles(like the enormous leg muscles), but I KNOW I got every part with the entire set of these machines!
