I forgive myself for making mistakes. I could spend all day picking out my flaws or the things that I could've done better, but I wont waste my time. The past is the past and trusting/loving myself is important to meeting my weight loss goals :)

I think that forgiveness is the key to happiness and that is the key to being a positive person in general. It all starts with forgiveness. The ability to forgive ourselves when we make mistakes, the ability to forgive others for things they do that hurt us, and knowing that god forgives us helps me control my own happiness making everyday positive for me.
