I forgive myself for making mistakes. I could spend all day picking out my flaws or the things that I could've done better, but I wont waste my time. The past is the past and trusting/loving myself is important to meeting my weight loss goals :)

I would love to think like that myself! I'm pretty okay with my flaws but some make me still really angry but I won't hate myself for doing things wrong sometimes :)

I think that forgiveness is the key to happiness and that is the key to being a positive person in general. It all starts with forgiveness.
