Tracking My Calories!

I find that if I don' t track my calories I may not eat enough during the day--the last thing I want to do is have my body go into starvation mode! Tracking them helps me to keep at the level that I need to be at to still lose weight but remain healthy. emoticon

    Good reminder. That truly is a trap...thinking less food will help you lose weight when it actually makes you gain. Thanks.

    This is my biggest problem... Not getting enough to eat.
