Popcorn Tricks
For air-popped popcorn, instead of salt and tons of butter, I use Mrs. Dash Table Blend and a table spoon or so of heart healthy spread, melted. Put the popcorn in a storage bag, shake in some Mrs. Dash and the "butter" and shake it until it's all blended. Yummy and still healthy!

1.Best Life Buttery Spray or Parkay Spray is 0 fat, sodium, cholesterol and calories 2.Crisco Butter Spray same values as above. 3.Butter Buds are no fat, no cholesterol, low calories (5 per tsp) Plus low sodium, 120mg=5%.

The Butter Buds are great for sprinkling over any dish to add a butter. The Crisco Butter Spray is a great subsitute for oil cooking. Last, the Best Life Buttery Spray or Parkay is great on baked potatoes or anything needing a little butter flavor.
Smart Balance Spray is an excellent way to wean off butter and margarine on potatoes, corn, and veggies. It makes toast kind of wet, so spray one bite at a time to avoid sogginess. Watch out for some brands of butter spray that include trans fats. No partially hydrogenated oil should be listed.
