I put my shoes right beside the bed before I go to sleep so in the morning I either have to trip over them or put them on. Putting them on naturally gets me to the exercise. Goal met before the rest of the day even gets started

Slip on sneekers instead of house shoes in the morning
Instead of putting house shoes and a robe beside your bed try replacing them with sneakers and workout clothes. If you place the shoes just right you can step on them as you get out of bed for an early reminder to workout.
I'm not sure where I read this, possibly Women's Health or Sparkpeople, but I thought I'd share because it really helped me get out of bed this morning. Once you're in bed for the night, about to fall asleep, visualize getting up in the morning, putting on your workout clothes and your normal routine, driving to the gym, putting on your running shoes, and working out. I did this last night and hopped right out of bed this morning!
When I'm feeling stressed and want to snack on junk. I find taking a walk , like on my 15min break, getting outside does the trick. By the time I end my little walk I no longer have the desire for a junky snack at all.311
