Up The Cardio ,If You'Ve Upped The Strength Training!

I had lost 10 lbs.the 1st month with strength training,then hit a plateau for 3-4 days.I upped the cardio on advice from a fellow Sparker and it got my weight loss going again!

Note: I am running more than before-was up to 3 mi/wk .Am trying for 5-6/wk.I strength train w/ Soloflex machine1-2x/wk and 2 1/2 hr 1x/wk at gym=Yoga-1hr./Gravity Machinew/trainer-30min./Trea
dmill-40-60min.wogging
w/incline at 3-4%.
