Eating With Toddler Spoons



In order to force myself to eat slower and ENJOY my food, I choose to eat when possible (here at home, anyway) with one of my daughters' colorful toddler spoons. I take smaller bites, chew things up better before swallowing, and I feel as though I eat more simply because it takes me longer to eat.

  • I did the same thing the other night when my husband was at work :D :D I laughed at myself for the first few bites, then I realized it took me longer to eat my yogurt, and I felt fuller and I didn't need to eat anything else :) :) - by NIKKIJEAN1022

    I eat all dessert this way, and now eat the higher calorie items on diet this way, takes longer and gives your brain time to catch up the the ole tummy. - by KJWESLEY
