Schedule your workout times and place reminders on your cell phone calendar. It is very encouraging to workout "as an appointment" just like everything else on your personal calendar.

I scheduled my workouts in my online calendar. You can also use sparkpeople's appointment book.
If I don't have my Franklin Covey planner with me at all times I'm absolutely lost! You can put everything in it...all your info, your todo lists, your shopping, appointments, work schedule. I look at it every night to see what's coming up the next day...I even use it to schedule my workouts!
I schedule my workouts on my blackberry with a reminder to pop up a couple hours before. It's a good reminder to make my workout a priority. 56

This really works because I like to workout at the end of my work day and some days I hit that 3pm wall and start talking myself out of my run - then that reminder pops up and I think, it's only 35 mins. get it done.
