Find the perfect song, the one that makes you smile when you are in the car and sing it at the top of your lungs. By the end of the song, you are energized and feel great. You can take on anything with a song in your heart!
I found when jogging, my pace tended to match the music I was listening to, and I found myself slowing down to certain songs. Find a song that has a beat comfortable to jog to, then make a playlist using songs with a beat near the same tempo, or throw in a few with a faster tempo to shake things up
