Snacking At Work



Finding it hard to eat right at work? Keep healthy low-fat, low-cal snacks in the fridge or drawer at work so if you need a little something extra, you have good choices available.

Fat-free fudge pops is great for a low-cal, fat-free chocolately snack, only 40 cals. Frozen fruit is another great snack. I love frozen pineapple. Only 70 cals for a cup and so refreshingly delicious!

  • I was able to put in a little fridge under my desk at work and now I bring lite yougerts, sandwich fixings and green tea to work. I also have some nuts around incase I get to hungry. I think this is going to be really handy and work to help me eat lunch here instead of eating out everyday! Plus save me MONEY too! - by LWYZYKOWSKI
