Try tracking in the morning so you are accountable all day. It is important to make the time. Set your computer up in the kitchen if it helps, that way all your foods are right there and as you are packing your lunch you are logging it. Only bring to work what you tracked to eat.

MORE INFORMATION:
Another great option if you have a smartphone is the SP application so you can track the foods on your phone as you eat them. If you are out with your friends, it doesn't look like tracking, but rather texting.

    Thats a good idea, especially since I go to my computer every morning to see what foods I need to consume for the day.

    I used to walk 4 miles every day,and i watched what I ate and still did not lose any significant weight and I got disapointed so I stopped.But I started again after about 4 months,and even though I still have not lost the amount I would like to,I walk and while I walk I feel good ,I see the the trees,the birds,and I think and feel better and more spiritual.So it does have its benefits.
